The present invention relates to a transparent electrode film of a touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof wherein the transparent electrode film of the touch panel comprises a transparent window; and a metal bridge which is formed with a metal material to electrically connect a sensing electrode pattern part by forming a photoresist layer at the upper part of the transparent window, depositing the metal material at the upper part of the transparent window and the photoresist layer, and eliminating the photoresist layer so that the metal bridge is formed at the region where the photoresist layer does not exist.
