PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit degradation of the straightness of positioning location resulting from dispersion in orientation. SOLUTION: In a cell-phone 1, when migrating speed of the cell-phone 1 determined from a first KF (Kalman filter) positioning process is detected to be less than a predetermined threshold speed, the migrating speed of the cell-phone 1 is hold just before the detection concerned. Then, a second KF positioning process using the location, the migrating speed, and the orientation of the cell-phone 1 determined from the first KF positioning process as observation information, where KF process is performed using the held orientation as observation information.
