PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a vehicle to be towed in an arbitrary direction by using a flat belt. SOLUTION: The flat belt 40 wound by a winding shaft 42 in the width direction as left-to-right direction is guided from the winding shaft 42 to a horizontal roller unit 461 disposed at the rear of the winding shaft 42 while the width direction is referred to as left-to-right direction, and the running direction thereof is changed to the horizontal backward direction while the width direction is referred to as left-to-right direction. Then, the flat belt 40 whose running direction is changed to the horizontal backward direction is guided to a vertical roller unit 462 while twisting in a direction rotated at 90° relative to the front-back direction (longitudinal direction of the flat belt 40) along the way, and the width direction thereof is changed to the vertical direction by the vertical roller unit 462 while the running direction is referred to as horizontal backward direction and goes to the outside and is connected to the vehicle. A lifting unit 46 pivotally supporting the horizontal roller unit 461 and the vertical roller unit 462 is moved to an arbitrary height by a lifting device 47. COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
