PURPOSE: A novel quercetin derivative, 3,4-difluoro quercetin, a manufacturing method thereof, and an usage thereof are provided to increase anticancer activity of cancer cells by increasing safety and bioavailability. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for cancer prevention or treatment comprises a chemical in the first clause or pharmaceutically allowed salt thereof. Preventable and treatable cancers by the pharmaceutical composition for the cancer prevention or the treatment are liver cancer, skin cancer, or breast cancer. A manufacturing method of a quercetin derivative, 3,4-difluoro quercetin, comprises a step of synthesizing 3`,4`-difluoro quercetin by substituting hydroxyl groups located on the third and fourth position of quercetin with fluoro groups, and providing the stability to chemical or enzymatic hydrolysis. |
