PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building molding material which can be stably fixed with a good appearance to a wall of a building without being affected by a stored cable. SOLUTION: In this building molding material, a facing side portion facing a wall surface is provided on a lateral side; a partition portion erected from the facing side portion makes its inside split into upper and lower portions, without making them communicate with each other; and a wiring space 21 for arranging an electric wire and a cable is formed above the partition portion. The wiring space 21 is provided with an opening 16 which is opened to house the cable; and the wiring space side of the partition portion, which serves as the bottom of the wiring space, is inclined downward toward the side of the facing side portion so as to guide the cable, which is stored in the wiring space, to the side of the facing side portion.
