The present invention relates to an injection mold having cooling and heating paths which is capable of forming cooling and heating paths adjacent to a molding space inside the molding body and easily designing cooling and heating paths in the molding space of complex trajectory, and which comprises a lower mold and an upper mold which forms the hollow molding space by combining with the lower mold at the upper part of the lower mold. The lower mold or the upper mold comprises: a mold body in which molding space is formed on one surface in order to have a form by injecting molten resin; a connection groove which is dent from one surface opposed from the other surface in which the molding space is formed towards the molding space; and a sealing kit which is inserted into the connection groove and forms cooling and heating paths (60) in a distanced space by being inserted to be distanced from the molding space end part of the connection groove.
