A method for providing a public transportation transfer service of a public bicycle by the present invention comprises the steps that: (1) a public bicycle management server stores rental information of a public bicycle and card information used for paying a rental fee of the public bicycle when the public bicycle is returned; (b) the public bicycle management server extracts card information which can be applied to transfer among the stored card information used for paying the rental fee of the public bicycle and generates a list; (c) the public bicycle management server requires public transportation use information by card information included in the list to a public transportation management server; (d) the public bicycle management server compares the public transportation use information by card information transmitted from the public transportation management server with the bicycle rental information by card information and extracts a use history corresponding to transfer conditions; and (e) the public bicycle management server accumulates mileage points by card information based on the extracted use history.
