The spreader has an adjusting device (23) and a marking plate (11) staying in effective connection with a control panel (34) for adjusting a task point and a marking portion. The control panel is essentially horizontal, and the marking portion is guided to a container fixed task point scale on a rear side of a container. The marking plate is rotatably supported around a circumference of a container fixed base by a movable supporting shoe. Flat bars (24) are provided with the control panel.
