The present invention relates to an antibody against CXCL-10 which is a chemokine causing rheumatoid arthritis and a composition containing the same for treating rheumatoid arthritis. Specifically, the present invention provides an antibody against human CXCL-10 with an amino acid sequence selected among amino acid sequences of sequence numbers 1-4 and a composition containing the same for treating rheumatoid arthritis.
