A reactive training device for boxing, martial arts and other training regimes comprises an elongate padded body that, in use, is suspended on a rotatable axis so as to have at least one side, a top and a bottom in vertical alignment at rest, but capable of alteration in alignment when struck by a user, and a plurality of members extending from the body. The body may be tethered to both the ceiling and the floor by elastic bungee cords. Four members may project out from the body at angles orthogonal to the suspension axis. The four members may represent the arms and legs of an opponent and may be removable attachable to the body by screw threads. |
