The present invention relates to a system for providing inspection agency services with a simple inspection application form, and a method for the same and, more specifically, to a system for providing inspection agency services with a simple inspection application form, and a method for the same, the method comprising: automatically searching a simple inspection application form provided by a client terminal in at least one stored inspection application form of the person in charge, providing the client terminal with a corresponding inspection application form, and transmitting, to a terminal of the person in charge, the inspection application form which the client terminal checks and modifies; allowing the person in charge to meet a client, receive, from the client, a product, and seals on the inspection application form and an inspection agency application form, and input and register inspection application form and inspection certificate information with reference to an inspection certificate issued by an agency such as a manufacturer, an industrial complex, a public corporation, etc. which the terminal of the person in charge requests; and providing the client terminal with the inspection certification information according to the simple inspection application form. |
