The present invention relates to flux-cored wires and a manufacturing method and apparatus thereof according to a new form that enabled prevention of an increase in manufacturing times while preventing external leakage of flux charged in a strip as well as infiltration of external moisture in a stable manner. For the same purpose, the present invention comprises a tubular body having a seam part with rolling of both ends of a flat plate strip, and provides flux-cored wires characterized by being composed including; an external tubular body formed to adhere while surrounding the periphery face of the internal tubular body and as a tubular body having a seam part with rolling of both ends of the flat plate strip; and an apparatus and a method for manufacturing the flux-cored wires.
