The present invention relates to a roller clutch for a transmission and, specifically, to a roller clutch for a transmission including a ring-shaped inner race; an outer race outside the inner race with a pocket part dented on the inner circumference in touch with the inner race; a roller inside the pocket part to be moved to one side of the pocket part and to engage the inner race with the outer race from a space between the inner and outer races; a spring to elastically press the roller to one side of the roller; and a roller guide between the inner and outer races to restrict the movement of the roller towards one side of the pocket part by partially entering the pocket part and pushing the roller to the other side of the pocket part.
