Disclosed is a surgical training system which can train under environment similar to reality. The surgical training system comprises: an operation robot; a bone model located near the operation robot; an operation unit which operates by being electrically connected to the operation robot; and a control unit which warns or controls actions of the operation robot when the operation robot invades dangerous locations by mapping locations of organs or nerves important for shapes of the bone model. Such surgical training system comprises the bone model having a scale same as real bone, the operation robot, and a control unit which includes a training system which warns or stops the operation robot when a trainee invades important organs by recognizing shapes of the bone model and mapping the important organs or nerves so that environment similar to real operation can be made and can improve skill of the trainee.
