The present invention relates to an optical inspection device capable of progressing accurate inspection by maintaining smoothness and minimizing deformation by spraying compressed air in the upper part of an inspection sheet in a process for obtaining images of the inspection sheet formed with flexible materials. The optical inspection device includes an inspection stage in which the inspection sheet is loaded by being formed with a light permeation material; a fixing unit fixing the inspection sheet by being formed on the inspection stage; a fixed frame supporting the side or the lower surface of the inspection stage; a backlight unit lighting the inspection sheet from the lower part of the inspection stage; a filming unit obtaining images of the inspection sheet loaded on the inspection stage by being arranged on the upper part of the inspection stage; and an air spray unit arranged on same axis as the filming unit and attaching the inspection sheet to the inspection stage by spraying the compressed air towards the inspection sheet.
