The present invention relates to a deviation prevention device for a belt conveyor which prevents the deviation of a return belt by comprising: a fixing unit; a lower support unit which is coupled to the fixing unit to be rotated and supports the bottom surface of the return belt; an upper support unit which is coupled to the lower support unit to be rotated by corresponding to the lower support unit and supports the top surface of the return belt; and a sensing unit which is coupled to the lower support unit and is pushed by the return belt to rotate the lower support unit.
