The present invention relates to a plume abatement system including a small fan. A general cooling tower is installed to exchange heat between the materials. The vapor is condensed into minute water drops in a dilution process with high humidity air around the cooling tower caused by the difference of temperature and humidity. A predetermined amount of white lead seen as white smoke is discharged to the outside. The present invention installs the small fan inside the cooling tower to reduce the white lead by mixing 100% of humidity air inside the cooling tower with high temperature humidity air passing through a heat exchanger. |
