摘要 The present invention relates to a microfluidic cell culture device capable of observing a reaction of cells caused by various external stimulations on a real time basis while independently controlling shearing stress and a magnetic field actuated on the cells. According to the present invention, the microfluidic cell culture device includes a cell culture unit having a rectangular cross section of a shape which the height of a channel is low and the width thereof is wide for applying uniform shearing stress; an agar salt bridge unit which are inserted into both end portions of the cell culture unit; and a voltage probe which is coated with a polymer compound of a silicon group and hardened to prevent a leakage of fluid and which is inserted into the inner bottom surface of the channel. The polymer compound of a silicon group functions as cladding for the voltage probe and a substrate on which the cells are cultured at the same time. The present invention provides the microfluidic cell culture device capable of controlling shearing stress, the magnetic field, and the rigidity of the substrate which enables an environment of a body where the cells are cultured by controlling the rigidity of a material or disease by changing conditions for forming silicon.
