PHOTOVOLTAIC APPARATUS AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

A photovoltaic power generator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The photovoltaic power generator includes a substrate; a rear electrode layer which is placed on the substrate; an electric charge concentration layer which is placed on the rear electrode layer; a light absorption layer which is placed on the electric charge concentration layer; and a front electrode layer which is placed on the light absorption layer. The electric charge concentration layer includes a plurality of concentration holes which expose the rear electrode layer.
