The present invention relates to a structure for lining a wall in a concrete structure. the structure for lining the wall includes a plurality of attachment bars vertically attached from the lower end of the wall to the upper end at a constant interval in order to reinforce the weight of a panel by forming a bending unit along the edge of the longitudinal direction of the panel attached to the wall and the panel having the longitudinal direction in order for both ends to be attached to the attachment bar. The structure for lining the wall in the concrete structure is characterized in that the vertically adjacent panels are interlocked with each other by the bending unit as the panel forms the bending unit in the edge of the longitudinal direction.
