The embodiment of the present invention is provided to form sensing patterns on a polarizing film having a flexible characteristic, thereby securing the flexible characteristic, reducing the thickness, and improving the visibility of an image. A flexible touch screen panel comprises the polarizing film which is divided into an active area and an inactive area positioned in an outer unit of the active area; the sensing patterns formed on the active area of the first side of the polarizing film; and sensing lines which are formed on the inactive area of the first side of the polarizing film and are connected to the sensing patterns. The polarizing film comprises a polarizer, a phase difference compensation layer which corresponds to the first side of the polarizing film; and a transparent adhesive which supports the polarizer and attaches the phase difference compensation layer to the polarizer.
