<p>The present invention relates to a method for managing energy by controlling the operation of an air conditioner and a device for managing the energy therefor which are capable of saving the energy by controlling the air volume and operation time of the air conditioner according to conditions of HVAC system and reducing the power of a blower. Accordingly, the energy consumption can be reduced by efficiently operating the HVAC system of a building based on systematic data. A building energy managing system based on a network is formed. Construction costs of each building are minimized to manage the energy. The phased construction is possible through functional subdivision and modularization.
