PURPOSE: A low cost boiler with low carbon and a heating maintenance apparatus using the same are provided to be eco-friendly, to obtain the high energy at low cost, to easily implementing in practice, and to have large capacity and excellent performance. CONSTITUTION: A low cost boiler with low carbon using the friction temperature of fluid includes a boiler housing (110), a first rotating fan (140), a second rotating fan (150), a first driving unit, a second driving unit, and first and second partition plates (115, 116). The boiler housing includes inlets (111,112), and an outlet (113). The first rotating fan is installed on one side of the inside of the boiler housing to be rotatable about a first rotating shaft (120), and includes a plurality of orifice holes (143) and a blade (142). The second rotating fan is installed on the other side of the inside of the boiler housing to be rotatable about a hollow second rotating shaft (130), and includes a plurality of orifice holes (153) and a blade (152). The first driving unit rotates the first rotating fan in one direction. The second driving unit rotates the second rotating fan in the opposite direction to the first rotating fan. The first and second partition plates are installed in the boiler housing. |
