The present invention relates to a solar cell module having a heat radiation sheet in which radiating and insulating performances are improved and comprises; a solar cell; a protection part which surrounds the outer circumference surface of the solar cell in order to fix the solar cell and protect the surface of the solar cell; the heat radiation sheet which includes a base part which is attached to the lower part of the protection part and has multiple heat radiating holes penetrating the top and bottom, a heat radiating part which is attached to the lower part of the base part and emits heat transferred through the base part from the solar cell module to outside. According to the heat radiation sheet in which the radiating and insulating performances are improved, the heat radiation sheet rapidly cools the solar cell module by rapidly transferring and emitting heat generated in the solar cell module to the heat radiating part through the heat radiating hole, thereby increasing development efficiency of the solar cell module and maintaining durability for a long time.
