The present invention provides a toothpaste dispenser comprising: a case in which a toothpaste tube is inserted into the upper part, an opening part in which a toothbrush is inserted is formed in the lower part, and he rear side is fixed to a wall; a tube insertion unit made of soft materials and in which a latching hole in which an entrance of the toothpaste tube is inserted into the inner side is formed in the inside and a first discharge nozzle is formed to permit one way flow from the upper part of the latching hole to the lower part; a toothpaste discharge unit made of soft materials and in which a toothpaste accommodating space storing the toothpaste discharged through the first discharge nozzle from the lower part of the tube insertion unit is formed and a second discharge nozzle permitting one way flow from the toothpaste accommodating space to the lower part is formed; a fixing unit combining the tube insertion unit and the toothpaste discharge unit by a screw to closely combine the lower end of the tube insertion unit and the upper end of the toothpaste discharge unit as they are latching on a lower protrusion of the tube insertion unit and an upper protrusion of the toothpaste discharge unit; and a pressure bar in which a hinge shaft is formed at both upper sides to be rotated at the case in the lower part of the toothpaste discharge unit and compression protrusions generating vacuum suction force by pressing the lower surface of the toothpaste discharge unit to the upper part is formed. When users press the pressure bar by the toothbrush, the pressure bar is operated to be rotated and the toothpaste is dropped on the toothbrush through the second discharge nozzle of the toothpaste discharge unit.
