The present invention is an optical film composed of an acryl resin film with a readily adhesive layer on the surface and provides an optical film having improved adhesion with a functional coating layer. The optical film has an acryl resin film composed of acryl resin (A) and a readily adhesive layer (a) containing polyester-acryl composite resin (B). The optical film of the present invention is suitable for use as various protective films, a phase difference film, and a polarizing plate of a polarizer protective film used in an image display device such as a liquid crystal device (LCD).
