A frame formatting method for communication of a single user, multiple users, multiple accesses, and/or MIMO wireless communication is provided. At least two individual down-clocking ratios in a communication device (for example, in a first down-clocking ratio applied to a first part of a signal such as a frame or a packet extracted from the signal and a second down-clocking ratio applied to a second part of the signal) are used to process a signal. Alternatively, a signal can be divided into three individual parts, and different individual down-clocking ratios are to be applied to each part (for example, a first down-clocking ratio applied to a first part of a signal, ..., an n^th down-clocking ratio applied to an n^th part of the signal, etc.).
