摘要 PURPOSE: An irradiation rate setting system of an infrared thermal image camera using a reference pattern and a method thereof are provided to easily set an irradiation rate by automatically setting the irradiation rate by comparing a pattern of a measured object material with a pre-stored reference pattern. CONSTITUTION: A user input unit(100) receives various control signals of a user including an irradiation rate setting signal. A closed area dividing unit(300) divides image data obtained through an image obtaining unit(200) into a plurality of closed areas. If a pattern of a measured material is pre-stored, a pattern determining unit(400) sets an irradiation rate according to the pre-stored pattern. A temperature calculating unit(500) calculates a screen output temperature according to the set irradiation rate.
