The present invention relates to an Fe-Ni alloy substrate for a flexible OLED display, a manufacturing method thereof, and an OLED. Provided are a flexible OLED, a metal substrate for a flexible OLED, and a method for manufacturing the metal substrate for a flexible OLED which comprises the steps of: controlling surface roughness by electrolytically polishing a conductive mother substrate; forming a metal foil on the conductive mother substrate by horizontally supplying the conductive mother substrate in one direction, supplying an electrolyte between the conductive mother substrate and an anode which is separated from one side or both sides of the conductive mother substrate, and applying a current to the conductive mother substrate and the anode; and manufacturing the metal substrate by stripping the metal foil. |
