The present invention relates to a substrate for OLEDs, more specifically, to a manufacturing method for Fe-Ni alloy substrates capable of being used as a substrate for flexible OLEDs, a substrate for flexible OLEDs, and a flexible OLED including the substrate, provides a method for manufacturing a metal substrate for flexible OLEDs comprising the steps of: manufacturing a metal mother substrate through an electro-forming process; and obtaining a metal substrate by electro-polishing the metal mother substrate, provides a metal substrate for flexible OLEDs having a thermal expansion coefficient less than or equal to 4×10-6 m/K obtained by the manufacturing method, and provides a flexible OLED including the metal substrate for flexible OLEDs. |
