The present invention relates to a heating device which is used for a manufacturing device which manufactures coffee using a siphon basic extracting the coffee contained in a top flask after putting water in a bottom flask and heats the water. The present invention provides the heating device for producing coffee using the siphon basic forming a heating device of a new type which combines a halogen lamp for an interior illumination and a heat collecting body which concentrates light and heat irradiated from the halogen lamp and focuses it as a heating means of siphon coffee. The heating device for producing coffee using the siphon basic secures maximum heating performance with few lamps and extends an endurance time of the lamp and dramatically reduces power consumption and prevents lifetime depression of the halogen lamp by a heat and effectively cools the lamp and peripheral parts by forming a short distance and concentration air blowing mode using a cooling fan as the way for preventing the overheating of a lamp socket and a lead line. The heating device for producing coffee using the siphon basic forms a new fine operating mode which divides a temperature steps into 10 steps and operates it with a simple knob operation of a user in order to control an optimal time point according to each step affecting the taste of the coffee.
