The present invention relates to a girder for reducing internal stress using the principle of seesaw. The purpose of the present invention is to reduce applied to the girder by adding power opposite to the compressive and tensile force differently applied to the top and bottom of the girder. The girder for reducing internal stress using the principle of seesaw according to the present invention comprises: a girder body (10); upper and lower tension wires (30, 20) arranged on the inner top and bottom of the girder body; and connectors (40) which are connected to the longitudinal ends of the girder body and allow the upper and lower tension wires to be connected thereto to generate compressive and tensile force by the tension and compression of the upper and lower tension wires. The connectors (40) are installed in the girder body through the rotary shafts (41) to be rotated. The rotary shafts are arranged between the upper and lower tension wires and allow the upper and lower tension wires to generate compressive and tensile force opposite to each other using the rotation of the connectors. |
