The present invention relates to a production apparatus for rice cake which uniformly supplies steam to a rice cake steamer regardless of the upper or lower side for producing the rice cake having the uniform cooked condition within a predetermined time, improving the production efficiency, and maintaining the uniform taste and quality of the rice cake. The production apparatus for the rice cake comprises the following: a steam supplying pipe for receiving steam from a steam generator, installed on the inner bottom of the apparatus; an apparatus body with an opening and closing door; and a rice cake steamer mounting stand stably supporting the rice cake steamer for freely inserting and discharging the rice cake steamer. The rice cake steamer mounting stand comprises the following: a mounting stand frame formed by connecting the edges of a lower horizontal frame and an upper horizontal frame using a vertical bar; a guide rail installed inside the mounting stand frame in multiple stages; a steam supplying device supporting the rice cake steamer, and supplying the steam from the lower side of the rice cake steamer; and a steam distributing device located on the rear side of the mounting stand frame, and connected to the steam supplying device. |
