<p>A leading lamp is a device which is attached to a ceiling within a building, usually maintains a lights-out state, and helps people evacuate safely by guiding the people toward an exit by being turned on in case of fire or emergency. The present invention relates to a leading lamp device and a leading lamp lighting system capable of lighting control through a signal, transmitted/received between leading lamps, by enabling the leading lamps, of which the lighting is conventionally controlled by a central control center, to configure an ad-hoc network using wireless communication between the leading lamps.
