The present invention relates to a load cell inspecting device includes a device frame; and a load cell inspecting member which is mounted on the device frame; which presses a standard load cell and a load cell to be inspected at the same time; and which inspects the existence of the defects of the load cell to be inspected via the comparison with the standard load cell. The present invention is provided to previously determine the existence of the defects of the load cell to be inspected by comparing and analyzing the load cell mounted on a movable roll of a continuous annealing process of a cold rolling task with the standard load cell.
