The present invention relates to a low nitrogen oxide burner for low pressure which is provided to minimize the amount of nitrogenous compounds generated when fuel is burned even through the pressure of the fuel supplied to a boiler is low. Especially, the invention is capable of considerably reducing the nitrogenous compounds by applying an inner recirculation method which circulates burned fuel gas to be mixed into flame and a divided flame method for maximizing the contact area of the flame with air at the same time. In addition, the invention is used not only for various types of boilers for low pressure such as steam hot-water boilers but also for boilers for low pressure manufactured for family use and industry use. As a result, the invention is widely used with improved reliability and competitiveness in the fields of environment-friendly technology and boilers, especially in the field of boilers for low pressure for family use and industry use, and also in similar or related fields.
