The present invention relates to a colored contact lens with nanoporous coating, more particularly, to a colored contact lens with nanoporous coating to increase color development and water-containing property by forming a nanoporous coating layer on the top of a printing layer in a colored contact lens manufacturing step. The colored contact lens with the nanoporous coating according to the present invention comprises: a lens forming layer formed of a hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) polymer; a printing layer printed on the surface of the lens forming layer; the nanoporous coating layer formed on the surface of the printing layer; and a coating layer formed of the HEMA polymer on the surface of the nanoporous coating layer to make smooth surface.
