A carbon emission amount calculation automation method for a movable emitting source and a system for the same are provided. In the practice example of the present invention, the carbon emission amount calculation automation method identifies the paid amount from a fuel payment notification message, calculates the injection amount of fuel, and determines the amount of carbon emission from the injection amount. By doing so, the injection amount of fuel is automatically calculated using the paid amount identified from the fuel payment notification message without human interaction, and accordingly the amount of carbon emission is determined, thereby enhancing the calculation reliability and as well as improving time and cost efficiency without additional facilities.
