The present invention relates to a shower head having a magnetic ion active water generator, capable of increasing the autoionization activity of water supplied by a shower and being beneficial to health by the sterilization effect of anions. The shower head according to the present invention comprises: the shower in which a hose is connected to the lower end of a body to be gripped with hands; a magnetization activating member built in the shower, magnetizing the water flowing through a lower entrance, and discharging it to an exit of the other side; and an anion generating member including ceramics to generate the anions inside a housing connected to the lower entrance of the magnetization activating member.
