PURPOSE: A curtain wall including a phase change material is provided to prevent condensation by using a phase change material storing or releasing heat due to phase change according to ambient temperature. CONSTITUTION: A curtain wall including a phase change material comprises glass(230), a spacer, a support member, a sealing member, a gasket, a phase change material, an insulation material, and a heat transmission derivative. The phase change material is included in at least one of the spacer, the gasket, and the sealing member and stores or releases heat while the phase change material is changed from solid to liquid or from the liquid to the solid according to temperature. The insulation material wraps the phase change material and delays phase change time. The heat transmission derivative comprises a heat collecting unit and a heat releasing unit and includes the heat generated by the phase change material to the glass of the indoor side. |
