The present invention relates to a multifunctional lower body exercising apparatus which comprises the following: first and second supporting stands forming a slope structure by having an interval widening toward the lower side; a pair of sliders located on the slope surface of the first and second supporting stands to be slid, for moving toward the diagonal direction along the supporting stands; and an elastic member elastically pulling the sliders toward the upper side of the the first and second supporting stands. |
