Method for producing automobile body is based on the fact that in the first step under pressure into metal molds cast separately the whole front, middle and back of the body or just frame the front, middle and back of the body. Material for casting is aluminum or composite materials alloy. In the second step, the middle part of the body or the shell firmly connects the front of the body or the frame and rear part of the chassis or frame. Auto body consists of separate cast across the front, middle and back of the body or just the skeleton front, middle and back of the body removable or replaceable modules aluminium or aluminum foam, or composite alloy. |
