There are described drinks, which are prepared by mixing the hydrolysate of spelled flour or spelled groats with a fruit component, in proportion hydrolysate: juice = from 1 : 4 to 4 : 1. As the fruit component can be used juice from apples, grapes and other domestic fruits, tropical fruits or concentrates. To improve the sensory properties and stability cinnamon, sugar, citric acid and ascorbic acid, flavorings and colorings can be added into the beverage. Prepared beverage is preserved by pasteurization or preservatives can be added. |
