A wind turbine, a blade installation system, and a method for installing a blade using the same are disclosed. The wind turbine according to the present invention comprises a tower, a nacelle formed on the top of the tower, a hub connected to the nacelle to be rotated, and the blade mounted on the hub. The blade includes a plurality of connection bolts having a connection hole in which a wire is connected. The hub includes a pitch bearing having a combining hole corresponded to the connection bolt. The blade is connected to the hub by the wire penetrating through the combining hole and connected to the connection hole.
