The present invention relates to a waiting number issuing system which distributes waiting numbers to mobile terminals such as a smart phone. The waiting number issuing system according to the invention comprises a waiting number issuing terminal which is established in the client atmospheric space of the transaction facility and gives out to the user and includes a local area communications module for the mobile waiting number application, an integrated management server in which it is connected, it receives the input information of the user or the request to issue the mobile waiting number, and it divides the waiting sequence and produces the predicted waiting time, and the user mobile terminal including the local area communications module and the local area communications module enabling to communicate with the waiting number issuing terminal. Moreover, the internet site for the invention of the internet connecting to the user's mobile terminal in the waiting number issuing system and the waiting number being issued are also included. According to the invention, the waiting number can be issued to the user's mobile terminal. Therefore, the use of the thermal paper and environmental pollution caused from it can be reduced. The convenience of use of the transaction facility can be drastically improved which cuts down the waiting time since the waiting number can be reserved from the outside in advance.
