The present invention relates to a composite beam using a lever, which comprises: a steel beam (100); constraint concrete (200) placed on the top of the steel beam (100); supports (300) formed on the side of the steel beam; levers (310) supported by the supports; load transfer units (320) which are installed on the edge of the steel beam to transfer the load of the constraint concrete (200) or the form (210) of the constraint concrete (200) to one end of the levers (310); and upward force transfer units (330) which are installed on the other ends of the levers on the center of the steel beam to transfer upward force to the bottom of the steel beam (100). Accordingly, the present invention reduces excessive bending moment generated on the center of the beam after/before the placing of the concrete.
