A system and a method for communications using an integrated communication program are provided. A message transmission method using an integrated communication program comprises the following steps of: determining a communication program corresponding to a user included in the address list of a device; displaying a message, which is inputted to the device by a device user, on the message window of the integrated communication program; identifying a communication program corresponding to the other device, which receives the inputted message, based on the respective communication programs for users; and transmitting the inputted message to the other device through the identified communication program.
