The present invention relates to a network video recorder module using power line communication, more particularly, to a network video recorder module using power line communication which reduces maintenance costs and installation costs only by connecting a network line to a newly installed analog monitoring camera or an existing monitoring camera by using a power line communication network and has superior scalability. A network video recorder module using power line communication according to the present invention comprises a video input unit, a video compression unit, a video transmission unit, and a control unit. In the video input unit, a video transmitted from an analog camera is captured and converted into a digital video, and then transmitted to the video transmission unit through compression. In the video transmission unit, video data is converted to be transmitted through an IP network and transmitted to a video recorder such as PC or DVR.
