The present invention relates to a self-charging hybrid battery and a ubiquitous sensor network (USN) sensor node using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a compact self-charging hybrid battery wherein a dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC) and a super capacitor are combined. The self-charging hybrid battery according to the present invention has a structure wherein a cathode current collector of a super capacitor is shared with a DSSC, therefore the super capacitor is formed at one side and the DSSC is formed at the other side, so that the DSSC and the super capacitor are integrally combined.
