The present invention relates to a self-charging hybrid battery and a ubiquitous sensor network (USN) sensor node using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a compact self-charging hybrid battery wherein a dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC) and a super capacitor are combined. The self-charging hybrid battery according to the present invention has a structure wherein a cathode current collector of a super capacitor is shared with a DSSC, therefore the super capacitor is formed at one side and the DSSC is formed at the other side, so that the DSSC and the super capacitor are integrally combined. In addition, a USN sensor node module can be realized by applying the self-charging hybrid battery according to the present invention to the USN sensor node. [Reference numerals] (AA) Sun light |
