The present invention relates to a fabricating method of an artificial skin for animatronics applied to animatronics characters, and an artificial skin fabricated thereby. The fabricating method of an artificial skin for animatronics according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a step of forming a first cutaneous layer by pouring and coagulating a resin in a mold, a step of forming a resin mixture by mixing the resin and a foaming resin, a step of forming a filling layer by pouring and coagulating the resin mixture over the surface of the first cutaneous layer, and a step of forming a second cutaneous layer by pouring and coagulating the resin over the filling layer, wherein the density of the filling layer is lower than the density of the first and second cutaneous layers. The artificial skin according to an embodiment of the present invention is fabricated by the fabricating method of an artificial skin.
